Account access
Tell us whether you use Google, email and password, or a guest account. Include the account email if one is linked, the device type, and the exact error message you saw.
Story progress or purchases
Include the story title, chapter, approximate time of the issue, and the Google Play order number if a purchase is involved. Do not send full bank or card details.
Privacy and deletion
You can review the Privacy Policy or follow the account-deletion instructions. Email requests should come from the address linked to the account where possible.
